Creative writing can be a fantastic and enjoyable part of home-schooling. I do the work, and you just need to print it out!
I tailor sessions to the ability and response of the student, some weeks pushing them on more, and other weeks aiming for just fun imagination.
As I also edit for spelling and grammar, this ties in SPAG and helps with all aspects of English, almost without the student realising. Inevitably, though, I find that everything improves after a few sessions as children want to do their best when someone will be giving detailed feedback.
