English tutoring covers understanding terminology and knowing how to use it; close reading skills; writing technique (including creative and persuasive); comprehension and question ‘problem solving’; imaginative thinking and perceptive analysis skills.
I tailor sessions to each student, but we will always spend time reading, analysing and discussing.
iGCSE Edexcel English Language GCSE in a year
For home-educated students who follow a home curriculum, I offer tutoring for this brilliant GCSE within a year framework. The exam can be sat at Frewen College for students local to Battle. Zoom sessions are also available.
